We'll help you find the motivation and the tools you
need to meet both your physical, and emotional health
goals, and give you the support and guidance you need
along the way. We'll break down your daily routine to
help you create healthier more effective daily habits.
With all habits, "all or nothing" rarely works. It is
Its much better to “go slower get there faster.” By
analyzing your current habits and routines, and
creating small steps to change, we get there slowly,
but much more easily and more solid in the long term
than fast fixes. Pre-planning, organization, and a
little accountability go along way in creating long-
term change and wellness. We'll help you re-frame your
perspective, and hone in on what is important (and what
is not!) to make the process easier and more efficient.
Things we might address: work-life balance, stress,
overall health and vitality, sleep, mental and
emotional habits, routines, water consumption, diet,
Together, we'll help you define your goals, and the
challenges that could stand in your way. Then we'll
outline the steps you'll need to take in order to
achieve those goals.
You'll have homework assignments- things to think
about, or do between coaching sessions to work toward
your goals. Together, we'll create an "action plan,"
broken down into specific steps of things you want to
accomplish.We may have you keep a food or exercise
journal as well.
