PERSONAL TRAINING
Whether you are looking to get leaner and stronger,
reduce pain and injury, or take part in a specific
athletic event, we coach, educate and motivate you to
achieve your goals and to create a healthier lifestyle,
both physically and mentally. We incorporate joint
mobility, strength training, functional training, core
programming, specific conditioning and wellness
coaching to inspire you to be your best in fitness and
in life.
Private One-on-one Personal Training, Couples and Small
Group Training, Kettlebell Instruction, Rehabilitation
and Corrective Exercise, Endurance Event Coaching,
Wellness and Lifestyle Coaching, Meal Planning and
Preparation, and Functional Movement Screens (FMS).
All sessions are 55 minutes in length.

Functional Movement Screen, Assessments and Evaluation
of Current Lifestyle: Observe the body’s fundamental
movement patterns and identify any weak links which
have the potential to lead to pain, injury and
decreased performance.
Corrective Exercise Strategies: Correct the weak links
identified in Phase 1 using specific corrective
exercises to increase mobility and stability, and to
teach body efficiency to increase performance whether
exercising, scooping snow, working at your desk or
living and form of daily life.
Higher Level, Result-Oriented Training: Increase demand
for a higher mental and physical threshold. Incorporate
strength, cardiovascular intervals, leverage and
momentum. Goal-specific workouts and programming.
Owning it. Life application and occupational endurance: Learning to apply the tools learned in Phases 1-3 to all aspects of your life. Physical and mental wellness is not a destination; it is a way of life.
