    Leslie has worked in the fitness industry since 1998 as a running coach, kettlebell instructor, and wellness coach. She started running long distance at the age of 20, and has run over 40 marathons, including the Boston Marathon and several 50 mile and 100 mile events, and has coached over 100 runners to the completion of a marathon. Leslie is the creator of the HydroTrack format, a rigorous deep-water running program for individuals of all levels looking for a safe way to exercise intensely. Kettlebells are Leslie’s primary source of strength and conditioning. She believes that kettlebell training profoundly improves functional movement used in everyday life, and enhances the quality of life of anyone who chooses to work with them. Leslie is the author of “Today’s Wellness Tips,” a simple daily message that focuses on various aspects of physical, mental and spiritual wellness. She works with her clients to set realistic goals, and step by step plans to achieve them.
